Terms and Conditions

31DOVER is operated by DMD Operations Limited (Company Reg. Number: 8019447).  These terms and conditions were last updated 11th March 2019.

We do not sell to anyone who is under 18 years old. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

We will take payment when you confirm your order. Please take time to read and check your order at each stage before submitting your order to us.

Once submitted, you will receive an email acknowledging that we have received your order.  You will then receive an email dispatch confirmation when your order has been dispatched.  If we are unable to supply you with a product or complete your order for any reason, for example because that product is out of stock or no longer available, we cannot meet your requested delivery date, or because of an error in the price on our site, we will inform you of this by email and will not process your order. If you have already paid for the product, we will refund you the full amount including any delivery costs charged as soon as possible. 

We reserve the right to terminate any special offer or promotion at any time, without notice. All give-aways, value-added and promotional items are only available whilst stocks last. This includes any replacements required to replace breakages.


Please select your preferred delivery date at checkout.  Orders placed before 4pm will have a default delivery for the following day, unless otherwise stated on the website. You can select a later delivery date by selecting this date at checkout.  Orders placed post 4pm on Friday and pre-4pm on Monday will have a default delivery date of Tuesday.  Your dispatch confirmation email will include your delivery date and a tracking link to track your order.  We will attempt to deliver your order on the day specified when you place your order. However, if you are then not available to accept the product(s) at the agreed date, we will not be liable to you for any delay in the delivery of your order.

Please see the 'Delivery' section of the website for more information on where we deliver to, and post codes which are currently excluded.  We do not advise ordering for delivery to the BFPO (British Forces Postal Office), as security measures at the address often result in unsuccessful delivery.

We or our authorised carrier will not be held liable for any loss or damage suffered by you if you give instructions for us to leave your product(s) outside your house or outside any other address provided by you and the product gets lost or stolen. Delivery of an order is completed when we or our authorised courier deliver the product(s) to the address supplied. From this time the product(s) will be your responsibility.  If no one is available at your address to take delivery, our authorised carrier will leave you with a note advising you of where to collect the product(s).

Occasionally our delivery to you may be affected by an 'Event Outside Our Control' (EOOC), for example adverse weather conditions such as snow. In this event we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you and our obligations under contract will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration. Where the EOOC affects our delivery to you, we will arrange a new delivery date with you. You may cancel a contract affected by an EOOC which has continued for more than 30 days. To cancel please contact us. If you opt to cancel, you will have to return any relevant product(s) you have already received and we will refund the price you have paid, including any delivery charges.


All prices include VAT. Occasionally we will run promotions that mean delivery is free over a certain threshold. We reserve the right to change this threshold at any time and should the threshold have been changed before you placed your order, we are under no liability to honour this threshold.  Our website and payment processes are secure.


All orders are available to send to another person as a gift. When you place an order as a gift, you confirm that the recipient is at least 18 years old. Note that we do not include any invoices within your order so don't worry, your gift recipients will not see order details or pricing.


Your privacy is important to us. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.  We take your privacy very seriously and will not pass your details to any third party without your permission, other than where we have to do so to get your product(s) to you, e.g. our authorised delivery partner.


Unless otherwise stated, all rights, including copyright, on the pages of the 31DOVER website are owned and controlled for these purposes by DMD Operations Limited.  In accessing the 31DOVER website, you agree that you may only download the content for your own individual and non-commercial use.  You are not permitted to copy, broadcast, download, store, transmit, show or play in public, adapt or change in any way the content of these pages for any other purpose whatsoever, in any medium, without the prior written permission of DMD Operations Limited. 

OUR LIABILITY (Please note, this section only applies if you are a customer)

We only supply the product(s) for domestic and private use. By submitting an order to 31DOVER, you agree not to use the product(s) for any commercial, business or resale purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.


We will use information about you to make marketing offers via email, telephone and mail based on your product(s) preferences from time to time. If you opt-out from hearing from us or approved third parties, you will only be contacted by us regarding service issues including, but not exclusively, order confirmation and delivery confirmation, significant changes to terms and conditions and informational, non-marketing emails. Phone calls to and from us may be monitored or recorded for training and quality purposes.



31DOVER agrees to refund a difference in price under the following conditions

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • You must send pictorial evidence of the lower price which is independently verifiable, either searchable online or by calling an established business.

  • The lower offer must be found with a direct competitor of 31DOVER offering exactly the same service - single bottle ordering, direct delivery, online only.

  • The guarantee does not include: multiple grocers, bulk discount superstores, membership-only businesses.

  • The guarantee does not include price of delivery.

  • We will then refund you the amount of difference back to the card used to process payment.

  • Refunds may take up to seven days to reach your account
