A 12 Year Old blended whisky, the Togouchi is made from imported malt whisky (from Scotland) and grain whisky (from Canada) which is then aged in an unused railway tunnel.
Produced by the master blenders of Chugoku Jozo, Tougouchi whisky is diluted with spring water drawn from the heart of the mountains of the Sandankyo Natural Park.
A peaty release with spicy, rich fruit notes and a hint of oak.
