A highland Malt Scotch Whisky which is small-batched using some of Scotland’s finest including Dalmore, Glengoyne and Glen Garioch. You can’t get much more Scottish than Robert Burns and this name and label heralds from his famous poem ‘To A Mouse’. Mind you, a timid wee field mouse this bottle is nay.
Timorous Beastie smells sweet with barley and honey and tastes a bit of raisin and fudge then finishing in oak and milky meringue if you can imagine all that in one sip! Non chill-filtered and no added colouring to boot.

The Timorous Beastie Old Fashioned
5 cl Timorous Beastie Highland Malt Whisky
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
1 tsp Brown Sugar
2 slices of orange
1 piece of orange peel zest
1 gorgeous cherry on top
Place brown sugar in glass with the bitters, 2.5 cl of Timorous Beastie Highland Malt Whisky and the orange peel zest. Stir well to dissolve all the sugar and add the remaining 2.5 cl of your Timorous Beastie. Throw in the ice and do the garnishing. Beastly Beastie.
