Silent Pool Gin is produced on the Albury Estate in the Surrey Hills and named after the eponymous spring-fed lake on the estate.
This rose gin is distilled with a unique blend of rose tea allowing for a distinctive and delicate rose flavour. Silent Pool have used their classic botanical gin recipe, with a few added refinements to complement and elevate the rose notes. The original botanicals of pear, bergamot, cubeb and cardamom have been increased with lemon citrus notes for ultimate flavour and character. Perfect for sipping on the rocks or in a classic G&T.
