Any Louis Roederer Champagne needs no introduction, created and produced by one of the last great independent family run champagne houses in the world. Entrepreneur Louis Roederer inherited the house in 1833, with a pioneering approach - to master each stage of the creation of the wines preserving and enriching their unique style, character and taste.
The Blanc De Blanc 2011 vintage is made using only Chardonnay grapes. The 2011 strong winter and continental, dry hot summer produced consistently fresh and ripe grapes, reflected in the champagne’s golden yellow and slight green colour. Aromas of citrus, plum and mango lead to intense notes of apple, balanced with lemon acidity and vanilla.
Ideally served with fish, cheese and creamy dishes or for that special occasion.
