There’s an interesting story to this gin..
Marula berries themselves are eaten by elephants in Southern Africa - and funnily enough, ferment in their stomachs, making them.. well.. a little tipsy. The berries themselves are only about 2-3 centimetres - but they clearly pack a punch!
This striking expression uses the same composition as the base gin, with the addition of Kenyan coffee beans. The result is a blend of tropical and floral flavours, excellent shaken up in a coffee cocktail or in simply over ice.
