A conservation biologist turned bartender, creator Paul Mathew has put his knowledge of plants and drinks to excellent use in his non-alcoholic aperitif, Everleaf. Paul spent 18 months experimenting with plants from all over the world before settling on Everleaf’s 18 ingredients, which include Madagascan vanilla, Asian Voodoo Lily and Spanish Saffron. All the botanicals are sustainably sourced, promoting both the biodiversity and the local communities from their local areas.
