Products from Bookers
Produced by the Jim Beam distillery, these small batch bourbon whiskeys began as a pet project of Master Distiller Booker Noe, the grandson of Jim Beam himself. Noe had previously bottled his signature bourbon as gifts for friends and family before releasing it to the public in 1992. Traditionally produced using 200 year old methods, the whiskey is aged for at least six years before being bottled straight from the barrel, uncut and unfiltered. Booker’s small batch bourbon is what is known as ‘center cut’, meaning the barrels are stored away from the edges of the rackhouse and therefore less subject to fluctuations in temperature, producing a deep, flavourful and intense bourbon.
