Products from Bertha's Revenge Milk
Bertha was reputedly the oldest cow in the world and her portrait adorns the bottle of this small batch Irish milk gin. Her association with the brand comes from the fact that the gin is made by Ballyvlane House in Co. Cork, Ballyvolane meaning ‘the place of springing heifers’ in Gaelic. What makes it a milk gin is that it is produced from whey, not grain.
This smooth gin boasts a unique blend of botanicals including cinnamon, cloves and grapefruit: try it in a classic Martini for a seriously good aperitif.
