Last year, NOAM was flying off our virtual shelves, and now it’s back, to a rapturous welcome by lovers of this bold Bavarian beer.
Back in 2016, Berlin native Noah Sheikh had a vision to create an exceptional lager which would generate a real buzz about Bavarian beer. And he certainly succeeded. In April last year the 31DOVER website saw a NOAM frenzy descend as beer fans cottoned on to the virtues of this startlingly innovative new lager, filling up their virtual carts to stock up for lockdown relaxing.
NOAM was once reserved for London’s top bars and restaurants, with listings, amongst others, in the Beckhams’ stomping grounds, The Chiltern Firehouse and The Ned, classed the A-lister and royal hotspot of London, where the clientele was happy to pay as much as £15 for half a pint. Now that screams luxury. However, we’re offering 31DOVER customers the chance to scoop up a case of 12 bottles for only £39.95.
NOAM was developed in the Science and Research Laboratory at Weihenstephan University thanks to the expertise of Dr Florian Schüll, the head of the facility and Brew Master, Michael Ammer. The result - an innovative lager recipe combining traditional Bavarian craftsmanship with cutting edge 21st century brewing techniques.
All ingredients are locally sourced from the valleys of Hallertau, the world’s most prestigious hop-growing region, naturally finished to the highest Bavarian purity standards and then aged for 6 weeks to achieve a superior taste.
This light and subtly sweet lager, is characterised by the floral and savoury flavours of the delicate “smaragd” hop. NOAM is bold, bubbly and beautifully Bavarian. Better yet, the clear-glass ribbed bottle is both stunning and sophisticated. It’s guaranteed to add a touch of elegance either on the kitchen shelf or dazzling under the fridge spotlight.
Give in to the beer pressure and give NOAM a go, we promise you won’t regret it.
