The Margarita's murky origins are probably the biggest mystery in cocktails, you can find out more about each origin story here, but one thing is for sure, this is an evolution of the daisy cocktail. Margarita is daisy in Spanish after all.
- 50ml Tequila
- 25ml Triple Sec
- 25ml Fresh lime juice
Add all your ingredients to a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice and shake. Fine strain into a chilled Coupette glass and garnish with a salt rim (or not, if you're like me and prefer without) and a lime wedge.
