Created in Soho, London by bartending legend, Dick Bradsell - the story goes that a young model (who Dick has since said is now a world-famous supermodel) asked him for something that would "wake me up, and f**k me up". A shot of vodka, coffee and coffee liqueur later, the Espresso Martini was born.
Be sure to shake it as hard as you can for an extra frothy crema on top.
- 60ml Vodka

- 30ml Freshly-brewed espresso
- 15ml Simple syrup
- 3 coffee beans to garnish
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Fine strain into a chilled Martini glass and garnish with three coffee beans.
