
Created in Soho, London by bartending legend, Dick Bradsell - the story goes that a young model (who Dick has since said is now a world-famous supermodel) asked him for something that would "wake me up, and f**k me up". A shot of vodka, coffee and coffee liqueur later, the Espresso Martini was born.
Be sure to shake it as hard as you can for an extra frothy crema on top.
Ingredients
- 60ml Vodka
- 15ml Coffee liqueur
- 30ml Freshly-brewed espresso
- 15ml Simple syrup
- 3 coffee beans to garnish
How To
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Fine strain into a chilled Martini glass and garnish with three coffee beans.
