Sicilian Negroni

Originating in Florence, Italy and named after Count Camillo Negroni, this cocktail was supposedly created when he asked the bartender of the Casoni Bar, to strengthen his usual cocktail, the Americano.

Some call this the granddaddy of aperitifs. Blood orange juice replaces sweet vermouth in this fruity Negroni.
