A gloriously British drink that instantly conjures up the image of a summer at Wimbledon and Henley Royal Regatta. Pimm’s itself was produced by James Pimm in 1823 when he created tonics served in tankards which later influenced the name No.1 Cup.
This drink has been revived following the successful 2003 advertising campaign with the catchphrase, “IT’S PIMM’S O’CLOCK!”
How to serve it
- Half fill a Collins glass with ice, add Pimm's and Gin.
- Add fruit and add more ice.
- Top up with 7-Up (or ginger ale), gently stir.
- Garnish with a mint sprig.
