Diable Rouge – French for ‘The Red Devil’ (cocktail), we promise it’s not as harsh as it sounds. It’s a simple, refreshing and fruity cocktail, perfect for lazy summer evenings.
2 measures of Russian Standard Vodka
2 measures of fresh pineapple juice
½ measure of Giffard Crème de Cassis
Berries to garnish
HOW TO SERVE:
Shake all ingredients in a Boston Shaker tin filled with ice.
Strain into a chilled Martini glass.
Garnish with a selection of berries on a tooth pick.
Russian Standard is perfect for creating Vodka cocktails, as it’s significantly smoother compared to other Vodkas. It is the ideal base to allow the Crème de Cassis and the tang of the pineapple to shine through.
