For this week’s cocktail of the week we have decided to go with a Tequini – quite simply a Martini with Tequila in place of Gin. If you’re a fan of dry cocktails, this one is definitely the one for you.
1.5 measures of Tequila
Half a measure of Martini Extra Dry
Dash of Angostura Bitters
HOW TO SERVE IT:
Pour the tequila, dry vermouth and bitters into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Strain and pour into a martini glass
Garnish with an olive
This beverage can cater to all tastes, just by adding simple tweaks and changes. Using a reposado Tequila instead will give a softer flavour. For those with a sweeter tooth, swap the Martini Extra Dry for the Martini Rosso. Experimentation is highly recommended to find the perfect combination to suit your taste.
