Cocktail of the Week: Scotch Whisky Mule

Keeping in line with World Whisky Day celebrations we've chosen a Scotch Whisky Mule as our cocktail of the week.

INGREDIENTS

2 measures Johnnie Walker Red Label Scotch Whisky

Fever-Tree Ginger Beer

1/2 measures of Giffard Gomme Syrup

1 measure lime juice

HOW TO SERVE IT:

Take a Collins glass and fill it with ice.

Add the Johnnie Walker Red label Whisky, lime juice and Giffard Gomme Syrup.

Top the rest up with Fever-Tree Ginger Beer.

Stir well.

Garnish with a lime wedge.

The drink is delicious yet refreshing; you’ll find hints of spice which are nicely rounded off with a citrus finish. The 31DOVER team would all like to wish you a very happy World Whisky Day!
